Your payment consists of two separate parts:

• Official ticket price
• Paid in your name, at the official price, without any markup.
• Shown on our invoice as a reimbursed expense (suplido).
• No VAT applies to this amount.

• Assistance service fee — 25 € (VAT included)
• A fixed fee for purchase assistance and client support.

If we are unable to provide the assistance service, the full amount paid is refunded.

By submitting the request, you authorise us to complete the purchase on your behalf, using your data and paying the ticket price in your name as a reimbursed expense.
